Refund policy

Because our items are custom-printed just for you, we only offer returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  • Please provide photos of the issue to fans@umphreys.com to initiate a free replacement or refund.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Exclusions (Non-Refundable):

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not refund orders for a change of mind.
  • Incorrect Size: Size exchanges are not offered as items are made-to-order. Please refer to our sizing charts before purchasing.
  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
